[Alsa-user] where do I get the 8mbgmsfx.sf2 soundfont file?

Hi everyone,

In trying to setup the internal MIDI synth of my SBLive! I
realized from the list postings that I needed to load a
soundfont. Many mails refer to the file "8mbgmsfx.sf2" as the
one to download with sfxload. Where do I find this file? Is it
publicly available? I have not seen it within the Creative CDs
that came with the card.

Try C:\Program files\Creative\SBLive\SFBank\
If you properly installed the card on MS-Windows, so the *.sf2 must be
there.
